Emily Marchese, a Partner and Managing Broker at Keller Williams Jersey Shore and New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Platinum Award Recipient since 2017, has been dominating real estate industry in Atlantic County, New Jersey since 2003. Emily has sold over 1000 homes in her career and specializes in Advanced Negotiation Tactics that will yield you the highest price in the shortest amount of time. There is no house too big or small that Emily can’t sell. She represents all forms of real estate from Luxury Waterfront homes to small bungalows and everything in between. Emily was born and raised in South Philadelphia and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Neuroscience from Temple University in 1999. After graduating, social work wasn’t really the best fit so she started pursuing a sales career. She started at New York Life selling Life, Health and Disability Insurance before obtaining her Series 6. She earned the highest awards in her short 3 years with the company. Not being satisfied with life insurance and hungry for growth, Emily began exploring Real Estate. Her fond love of summers at the Jersey Shore prompted her to relocate to Margate obtain a NJ Real Estate license in 2003. Emily previously worked at Zitomer Real Estate and Re/Max before finding her forever home at Keller Williams. In September 2016, Emily spearheaded the opening of the Keller Williams Jersey Shore office located in Margate City. She is currently a Partner in the Margate Business Center, the Managing Broker, and a Fierce Saleswoman.
Emilys favorite part of Real Estate is helping her agents and clients achieve and exceed their goals. She currently resides in her dream home in Ventnor City, NJ with her husband Frank, gorgeous daughters Angelina and Frankie, and her lovable Pit-Bulls, Roxy and Leela. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new places, and serving her community by coaching various youth athletics.
